This one- or two-semester program concentrates on preparing students for entrance into the career program of their choice. Students are taught the necessary skills to be successful in their CEGEP studies. Students can obtain missing prerequisites or improve their academic record in order to meet entrance requirements for a particular career program.
In their first semester, students will take General Education courses, a sample of first year career program courses, any missing prerequisite courses, and a study skills (Career Explorations) course. The aim of this last course is to help students explore their career interests.
